The St. Patricks Knights of Columbus Council 10925 hosted a pancake breakfast on December 7, 2008, featuring their renowned "light and fluffy" pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The Lord smiled and blessed us with good weather as the good parishioners of St. Patricks enjoyed their meal.
Among those spotted in the crowd were Father Fernando (left), Grand Knight Joe Syms and family (center) and Deacon Heames (right).
Once again thanks and congratulations go to the hard working kitchen crew pictured below: Paul Szuszkiewicz, head chef Jesse Betancourt and Jose Cortez.
